Responsibilities:

• Sort, review, process and archive incoming invoices;
• Review of invoices to be properly issued by the vendor - supported with the relevant documentation and approved by management;
• Review of expense reports to be prepared correctly by the employees - all documents to be attached and approved by management;
• Book invoices and expense reports in SAP;
• Reconcile vendor balances on a monthly basis and follow up on timely payments;
• Perform payment runs;
• Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, review and adjust discrepancies;
• Participate in the preparation of the VAT and Intrastat declarations;
• Assist in month end and annual closing;
• Other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Good command of English language, both written and spoken;
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field;
• 1-2 yearsof experience in Accounting;
• Excellent skills for working with Microsoft Office and functions in Excel;
• Working experience of SAP will be an added advantage;
• VAT and Corporate tax experience will be considered as advantage;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented;
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaborate with all levels of employees, management and external vendors;
• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical skills;
