The modern equipment of our factory in Greece and the one of Etem-Gestamp in Bulgaria allows us to produce a wide range of aluminium profiles for architectural systems and high-tech custom profiles, precisely matching the client’s drawings.
The modern equipment of both plants where we extrude the aluminium profiles consists of the following presses:
Extrusion Press | Force | Billet Diameter | Alloys | Cooling Capability | Maximum extrusion Length | Production Capability |
SMS | 27MN | 8", 9" | 1000, 6082, 6005, 6063, 6060 | Air + Water | 14 mt | 9000 tn/yr |

All profiles are produced according to the European standard EN 573-3 from the following alloys:
General physical properties of the aluminium alloys
The 6000 series has sound extrusion properties and can be subjected to heat treatment at extrusion temperatures. This treatment provides the alloys with medium to high strength, a superb corrosion resistance, even when used close to the sea, and allows also the use of welding processes. A large part of the extruded elements for load-bearing structures possess these properties. They are used for load-bearing structures, both on land and at sea.
