The purpose of the position is the complete support of the exports sales team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Records and processes orders received by mail, telephone and /or through personal customer contact in the system;
• Provides pricing, availability and schedule information within established guidelines;
• Serves as a communication link between customer and sales staff to assure responsiveness;
• Tracks order activity and alerting appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 1 years of customer service experience;
• University degree;
• Good communication and organizational skills, able to work in a team environment;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task;
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
• Energetic, ambitious, result oriented;
• Excellent knowledge of English is a must;
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our factory facilities, located in Magoula, Greece.

Key responsibilities

  • Functional and preventive control of production quality at the respective production units.
  • Checking for correct and accurate completion of all corporate documents defining the activity of quality control of production and production technology.
  • Maintain production quality.
  • Immediate monitoring of the introduction of new products, summarizing the results achieved and providing information to the official responsible for updating the database.
  • A sampling of finished industrial products for any deviations from standards,
  • Monitor the state of technical control, measurement, and testing instruments.
  • Knowledge and application of applicable regulatory documents, regulations, decrees, rules, and instructions related to the performance of productive tasks.
  • Compliance with established production technology.
  • Strict compliance with safety and health at work and fire protection rules.
  • Maintain the QMS documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Perform internal controls.
  • Management of corrective and preventive actions taken during work.
  • Participate in the preparation of QMSs and certification reports.

Skills and qualifications

  • An engineering degree from University or Technical Institute.
  • Minimun3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of quality standards regarding extrusion aluminum profiles.
  • Ability to control manufacturing processes.
  • The organization, speed and ability to make the right decisions.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office or other programs, ex AutoCAD
  • Good verbal and written English language skills.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join the commercial team as GL Accountant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect, scan, code, process, check and classify primary accounting documents;
  • Coordinate accounting activities associated with fixed assets, inventory, trade receivables/payables, employee/tax payables, as well as other specific accounting business transactions. 
  • Review monthly receivables and payables reconciliations and prepare trial balance;
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures;
  • Works closely with the finance shared service centre team;
  • Ensure properly accounted for transactions. Research and resolve discrepancies and issues;
  • Review monthly VAT/Intrastat reports and ensure timely submissions;
  • Participate in and support internal, external and tax audits;
  • Support other accounting projects, as necessary.

 

Skills and qualification

  • University background in Finance, Accounting, Economy
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience;
  • Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications;
  • Good verbal and written English language skills;
  • Good time management and priority settings;
  • Team player, self- and action-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy;
